1. Returns

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share an unboxing video and clear images

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging

Items returned after 7 days

Products damaged due to improper use
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.

If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered.
