At Mopzy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos (if product is damaged or defective)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video and clear images

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Products damaged due to improper use


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
